Farming around Jackson Lake

Farming around Jackson Lake is increasing, home growers are multiplying, especially during these hard times. I tell you now - Learn all you can! Grow in containers if you have to, I have over 100 tomato plants growing in containers this year (and the best tasting! from sweet cherry tomatoes to the best balanced acidic tomato for those awesome tomato sandwiches) I really believe food prices are going to soar in Georgia, due to the new immigration law and economic times, LEARN TO GROW YOUR OWN FOOD!

I received my Hobby Grower license from the State Georgia the beginning of this year and was able to supply 1000's of plants (BTW my prices BEAT ALL COMPETITORS) this past spring to hundreds of new and native home growers in the Jackson Lake area and as far north as Decatur. They loved my prices and they LOVED MY BEAUTIFUL PLANTS (EXACT QUOTES FROM EVERYONE).

I raised all my plants in my NEW Greenhouse. I'm a BIG TIME penny pincher, so I searched everywhere on the internet and found NO BETTER PRICES than FARM TEK and they are very quick on shipping. They also have awesome closeout deals! FarmTek, Growers Supply and Teksupply offer the highest quality products at the most competitive prices with exceptional customer service directly to the agricultural, horticultural, building and retail trade communities.Check out some of the Monthly Specials at FarmTek.com!

I plan to have the tomato plants for sale again next spring, if you get in early you will catch 4pk plants for $1.50, I'm hoping to have the ole' faithful Rutgers, Better Boys, Lil Red Cherry's, Hillbillly's, Arkansas Traveler's, Roma's, Marglobes and maybe a few more Heirloom's. I'll keep you posted on that.

Right now I am working on some Palm Trees, Japanese Red Maples, Dwarf Burning Bushes, Forsythia's which should be ready for Fall Sales (oops - not the palm trees yet) My prices are unbeatable so watch for my advertising on when their ready to go!
